Total Race Timing are coordinating team declarations and results for this year's Round Norfolk Relay. Teams are required to declare full details of their runners, officials, categories entered and estimated running time prior to the race.
Team coordinators have now received an email from Total Race Timing (which includes login and registration details) confirming how to declare teams via the online portal:
When nominating your team please ensure that the composition complies with the requirements of the class you have entered.
Entries are governed by the principle of 'one team, per class, per club'.
An Initial Declaration must be completed by Friday 6th September 2024. This must include the estimated running times of all runners, which will be used to help determine the team's start time and for the award of best time estimate prize.
These details can be amended as often as required up to 30 minutes before your race starting time. However you cannot amend your estimated running time or allocated start time after Friday 6th September 2024.
Final Declarations and Registration:
The final declaration should be made in person at the pre-race registration either on the Friday evening or on Saturday at least 30 minutes before your allocated start time. Once the final declaration has been made no changes are permitted to any element of the declaration, including runners named or to the stages they have been nominated to run. Disqualification will result if this rule is infringed. However, this rule is also subject to the specific exception allowed by Rule 23 in the General Rules concerning race day substitutions).
A club/team shall be held responsible for the accuracy of the information in the Final Declaration.
