The Round Norfolk Relay 2025
13-14th September 2025

Round Norfolk Relay Entries 2024 will be open from 1st to 18th April

Race Capacity
The maximum number of competing teams is restricted to 55.

Affiliation
Clubs and teams wishing to enter the RNR must be affiliated to either UK Athletics (UKA) or the Association of Running Clubs (ARC).

Entry Procedure
Applications can be made at any time during the entry window using the entry/application form here. No entries or applications will be accepted after this date.

Prioritisation of Entries
Clubs based in Norfolk and currently affiliated to Athletics Norfolk (AN) will be entitled to a single entry. Any club providing significant assistance to the staging of the race (e.g. marshalling, race day administration etc) will also be entitled to a single entry. Consequently, a club affiliated to Athletics Norfolk which also provides significant assistance is entitled to 2 entries.

In the event of the race being oversubscribed, clubs may enter no more than 3 teams, with applications being allocated in the following order of precedence:

  • One team from those clubs who do not already have an entry.
  • One further team from all clubs.
  • One additional team from all clubs.
  • If at any stage there are insufficient places, teams will be selected by ballot.

In addition a single place may be allocated by the RNR Committee to any newcomer or other team entering the race after at least a 5 year absence.

Clubs/teams will be notified of the outcome of their applications by 30th April.

    RNR Entry + Membership Fees
The entry fee for 2024 is £250.00 per team. Clubs entitled to entries should complete payment on submission of your entry form. Payment for other teams should be made on confirmation that your application has been accepted. If for any reason a club decides to withdraw their entry, no refund of the entry fee will be given AFTER 16 June 2024 (i.e. less than 3 months before the event). Any club withdrawing BEFORE 16 June 2024 will be required to pay 20% of the entry fee to cover administrative costs.

In addition to the entry fee a separate RNR membership fee of £5.00 per team is payable. Clubs entering more than 1 team need only pay a single £5.00 membership fee. The membership fee must be paid annually at the same time as the race entry fee, and is used to promote participation in and facilities for the Round Norfolk Relay amateur sporting event.

The entry and membership fees should be paid by BACS to the following account:
